【記者郭玉屏台北報導】立法院長王金平8日說，民主進步黨主席蔡英文若出席國慶大會，對朝野和諧、甚至和解有幫助。她過去沒參加，如今改變當然是好的，「你們沒聽說過時代都在變嗎？」

蔡英文8日鬆口「有機會參加今年國慶」，若成行，這將是她在馬政府執政後首度參加府前國慶。

王金平下午在立法院受訪指出，17年來他主持過15次國慶籌備活動，每次都按規矩邀請在立法院有席次的各政黨主席，但「事實上幾乎都很少來」。以兩大黨來說，國民黨執政時民進黨主席沒有來、民進黨執政時國民黨主席沒來，過去都是這樣。

王金平表示，在野黨主席能夠來參加國慶大會當然是最好、最歡迎，但蔡英文要不要來，取自於她自己的決定。他當然希望每位受邀者都來，這樣邀請單位比較有面子。

媒體詢問，蔡英文曾說中華民國是流亡政府，如今卻要參加國慶。王金平笑著反問記者「你們沒有聽說過時代都在變嗎？」情況都在變，變得讓她覺得必須調整自己的想法、做法時，她就會去改變想法、做法。2015/9/8
